If you want to drive your car from the beautiful city of Nantes to the island of Noirmoutier, there are two ways.
The most obvious way is to take the bridge, but that’s too boring!!!
Instead, you could always drive THROUGH the ocean!!!
There is a road called the “Passage Du Gois” that is usually underwater.
But, there is a 30 minute period after low tide when you can drive on this road.
It is about 10 minutes faster than taking the bridge!!!
